Do I need to register to use Launchlist?
Nope. We have a free version of the app available at http://lite.launchlist.net that you can use any time. If you want to take advantage of the full features of Launchlist, such as creating and saving lists, using templates and inviting other users you will need to sign up for a pro account. All accounts come with a 30-day free trial and we will never charge your account until the trial period has ended.
What are active checklists and templates?
Active checklists represent the ongoing projects that you're testing and haven't yet launched, whereas archived checklists are those which you've launched and/or closed. You're free to move checklists from active to archived (and vice versa) as you like. Templates are used to set up common lists for testing similar projects - from brochure sites to email newsletters.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently process all accounts through Paypal and accept all of the forms of payment that they allow - Mastercard, Visa, debit cards or even your bank. We do intend to offer credit card processing directly through the application at a later date.
Can I change plans? Is there a contract?
You're free to change plans at any time within the account screen of the application. Launchlist is a pay-as-you-go service and at no time will you have to have to commit to a contract. If you cancel your account you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Your site address is the URL that you'll use to login and access your account - choose wisely, as this cannot be changed. Only letters and numbers accepted
Why do you need my payment details?
We use your payment details to reduce fraud, verify you have a valid method of payment and to save time at a later date should you choose to continue using the service.
